KARUM
Trade and Shopping Center
|

Being
the first shopping center in Ankara, Karum
with its average 250.000 visitors per week,
has its popularity although it has many
rivals.
In this 62.000 square meters trade center
there are 382 shops, 103 offices and a
parking-lot with a capacity of 200 vehicles.
It has 9 floors with 4 escalators, 8 lifts,
2 cargo-lifts, automatic cooling, heating
and air-conditioning system and a generator
that can serve the needs of all fields. It
has equipped with a gate-detector used for
security purposes, x-ray equipped and an
enter-exit system with a barcode for parking-lot.
Since 1991, the management of Karum has been
carried out with 56 personnel.

Commercially
used parking-lot in Karum has a 500-vehicle
capacity, air-conditioning and enlightenment
system. It has 2 lifts for customers and
also a technique service providing care and
repair for vehicles.
Its management has been carried out with 13
personnel since 1991.

Nurol
Plaza
|

Locating
at a commercially very strategic point in İstanbul,
our building is the last of a set of
prestige buildings starting from Beşiktaş
to Maslak and it has opened in 1997.
The multi-storied part of the building
consists of 38 office floors of 714 square
metres and 1 installation floor. At the
lower part, there are extroverted shops in a
horizontal mass. The cover of the outside of
the building is aluminum and granite. The
building has been equipped according to the
up-to-date technology and it is one of the
"buildings-with-mind". The
components like heating, cooling, air-conditioning,
fire and security are connected to an
automatic system and controlled by the
center on the management floor.
Total construction area is 55.430 square
metres and there are 8 2,5m/sn 10-person, 2
1,6m/sn 5-person lifts. In office floors
there is a central cleaner system.
Constructed heating power is 2.400.000 Kcal/h
(natural gas), constructed cooling power is
2.4000.000 Kcal/h. Constructed electric
power is 4000 kVA and there are also fire-extinguishing
and addressed alarm system, CCTV system, a
pass-card enter-exit system and increased
flooring system on each floor.
Its management has been carried out with 59
personnel since 1997.
By
the use of the experiences gained till now
about management, projects have been
organized about the problems that may occur
in the pre-opening and post-opening
management activities of the incorporations
of the future.

Nurol
Residence
|
| The
dwellers of Nurol Residence began residing
as of June 2002. A security system of an
advanced technology “CCTV”, has been
installed among Nurol Residence. All
internal and external events are observed
and recorded 24 hours by cameras from a
center at the residence. Special
“fingerprint readers” are used for
passing through the garages, health and
sports center and for the lifts. In addition
to the security services, the entire
management is supplied by our company in

Center
, public relations, technical service,
landscape arrangement and cleaning
